Dr. K Jade Provo was born and raised in Central Kansas where he lived for 18 years. After graduating from Hutchinson High school, he moved to Manhattan Kansas to pursue his bachelor’s degree at Kansas State University. Following his Bachelor’s degree, he was accepted at Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis, Missouri. Once Dr. Provo received his Doctorate he decided to move back to Kansas City to practice.

Today he owns and operates several clinic locations in the Kansas City area. While at Hutchinson High school, he played wide receiver and his team won the 6A State
Championship. During his time at Kansas State University, Dr. Provo achieved his Bachelors in Human Science degree and was an active member of the Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity where he was involved in many philanthropic events throughout the community.

Upon his acceptance at Logan College of Chiropractic, Dr. Provo achieved Deans list honors every trimester as a student doctor and was elected the class treasurer for the December 2012 graduating class. He also pursued extra training under the college’s Master program for sports science and rehab under Doctor Laney Nelson. This honor allowed him to graduate early, and undertake an internship at the University of Missouri where he treated their athletes for one year.

Dr. Provo is an expert in anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology which is at the core of how he treats and heals his patients. His treatment techniques include Spinal manipulation, Class IV laser treatments, Ultrasound, and Physical Therapy. Using his state of the art equipment as well as his expertise and training, Dr. Provo is qualified to treat any neuromusculoskeletal injury that may occur in the human body and return that patient to optimum health.

Dr. Colt Mangus

Chiropractic Physician

Dr. Colt Mangus received his bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Exercise, and Health Sciences from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln in 2019, before completing his Doctorate of Chiropractic degree from Cleveland Chiropractic College in 2022. During his studies, he worked with the Nebraska Basketball team and also competed in powerlifting. In addition, he spent several years working as a personal trainer throughout college. Dr. Mangus continues to draw on his background in sports and nutrition to help patients improve movement, function, and overall performance.

Dr. Mangus utilizes a variety of chiropractic techniques to treat patients of all ages. He has a particular interest in soft tissue therapies and functional movement education to help patients move more efficiently and feel their best.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Mangus enjoys working out, trying new foods, cooking and baking, and spending time with friends

Dr. Caleb Arisman

Chiropractic Physician

Dr. Caleb Arisman received his bachelor’s degree in exercise science from Grove City College before completing his doctor of chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic. Graduating in 2022, he moved back home to Baltimore, where he focused heavily on physical rehabilitation with athletes and non-athletes alike. Dr. Arisman believes that everyone deserves the right to move better, and he lives to educate people on how movement and exercise can help achieve that goal.

Dr. Arisman is well-versed in multiple chiropractic techniques to help improve patient outcomes. He also lives by the motto that ‘motion is lotion’ and takes a particular interest in educating on functional movements that can help reduce pain and improve recovery.

In his spare time, Dr. Arisman can be found fishing at the lake, racing go-karts, or watching reality television with his wife and two cats.
